If you would like to explore the possibility of working with me, please feel free to get in touch by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We will arrange a time for an initial, confidential telephone discussion. If appropriate, we will then make an appointment for your first counseling session.

The first session is primarily for us to get to know each other. It’s an opportunity for you to share your concerns, current situation, and what you’d like to achieve through therapy. I work flexible hours during the week, including evening and Saturday appointments, to accommodate work or personal commitments.

If you’re unable to visit my office, I also offer home visits to provide counseling services in the comfort of your own space.

Online Zoom Counseling session can be a convenient and accessible way to receive therapy. It’s especially useful if you:

  • si vous êtes anxieux à l'idée de quitter votre domicile
  • if this not easy to arrange childcare
  • si vous travaillez souvent à l'extérieur
  • if you move away and want to keep seeing the same counselor and maintain continuity
  • si vous êtes handicapé et ne pouvez pas quitter votre domicile
  • its a private way to have a counseling session.
